So when are we meeting?

More than a few people have asked when we are going to have an actual meeting of the Lockhaven Tenants Union. The answer: soon! We hope to find an evening next week. We will most likely have it at the Ballard Senior Center. To make the best use of everyone's time, we want to make sure we have a solid agenda, and have someone from the city or some other expert on the law present to answer your questions.

Do you have something you would like to add to the agenda? Please write to LockhavenTenants@Outlook.com or leave a comment on the blog.

  1. Will someone from the Tenants Union of Washington State be invited?

  2. Great idea ... We'll see what we can do. It would be great to have them.

  3. I'd really like to see this group coordinate accessible tenant meetings with Pinnacle and the changes move forward. Top of my list would be a construction schedule and if they are going to force us out, more than 20 days solid notice (not this general 90 days stuff). I don't think it would be a problem to let us know 2 months in advance when we need to officially be out of our apartment.

  4. The Tenants Union of Washington has been watching this very closely. I have one contact there, Corey Snelson. Once the meeting day/time is firmed up I'll be sure to invite her.
